Life Coaching is about helping others to get unstuck, identify strengths and passions, find life purpose, build confidence, find greater meaning and create practical steps to achieve life goals.

My vision is to energize, encourage and equip people to work toward their goals, step by step. By working with a coach, clients find new ways to get and stay on track, new mindsets to breakthrough barriers and new hope for a better more productive life with less stress.

Janet is a Certified Professional Life Coach (CPLC), encouraging people to move through life changes, move past barriers, step out in faith and grow deeper in their faith walk through the process of spiritual formation and discipleship. She knows from first hand experience, the power of a personal coach. In her coaching practice, she helps others to pursue their life calling.

Janet is also passionate about teaching and sharing God’s Word. As a gifted speaker and group discussion leader, Janet loves to share what she has learned about following the path God has planned.

Janet received her Master of Divinity degree from Bethel Seminary of the East and is presently the Director of Discipleship Ministries at Easton Baptist Church in N. Easton MA.

Janet has completed her training  through PCCI (Professional Christian Coaching Institute).
